Increasingly, the media industries are demanding practitioners who can function as multidisciplinary experts, even if they specialise in a particular area. This course provides individuals with the opportunity to explore and develop their professional and creative practice within creative and digital design and media production. Students will build upon their previous work and design experience.
Through a series of live briefs students are expected to engage with the development of practical and theoretical project work and take part in competitions such as the Big Chip and D&AD Awards. There is a requirement for students to produce proposals, storyboards, sketchbook development and concept boards during the planning stage of any given project and evaluative texts in one or more of the units of study.
