‘Marco’ shines at placement and finds full time work

'Marco' is a graduate of the Foundation Degree in Enterprise Computing at The Manchester College. During his second year at the college, 'Marco' found a work experience placement at a local data forensics company. He impressed his employers and now works at the company full time.

‘Marco’s’ main responsibility during his work experience was to manage an enterprise-grade ticketing and helpdesk software system. The system allows a group of people to manage tasks, issues and requests submitted by a community of users.

‘Marco’ completed his placement and was then made a full time member of staff at the company.
