The Manchester College has a specialist driver training division, known as Transtech Training Services, dedicated to delivering training for valued employees within the passenger transport sector.

We specialise in bus and coach driver and instructor training and have our own fleet of training vehicles but also cater for minibus, taxi and LGV drivers too. Our instructors are all fully qualified to train and assess individuals and have a wealth of experience in the transport industry.

We are accredited to deliver CPC periodic training for PCV and LGV drivers and currently offer a range of courses that meet the syllabus laid down by the Joint Approvals Unit for periodic Training (JAUPT) which is part of the DSA.

We are particularly flexible in that we can deliver training on client premises and we can even develop courses in consultation with companies and tailor courses to fit their business needs. We currently work with a diverse range of clients, which includes some of the country’s leading passenger carrying vehicle operators
