  • secretarial and administration skills – our courses cover the full range of skills that office workers need in order to make an important contribution to the smooth and efficient running of an organisation. They range from beginners to advanced courses and many are accredited by industry recognised awarding bodies, such as OCR, Edexcel and Pitman. An extensive range of short courses is also available throughout the year
