What do youth workers do?

Youth workers:

  • work with you in an informal and relaxed way
  • understand the issues facing young people
  • give you opportunities to develop as a whole person
  • can let you know about activities and weekends away
  • can work with you on projects
  • can work with you if you’re worried or have problems
  • can help you settle into college and make new friends
  • make sure you enjoy yourself!

How can I get in touch with a youth worker?

You will meet us at induction. You can also contact us through the reception at your nearest campus. We look forward to seeing you around college!
