Hundreds of the college’s creative students exhibited their inspired work at the End of Year Show at the Openshaw Campus in June.
Over 400 students from campuses across the city exhibited work from an array of creative disciplines such as art and design, jewellery, fashion, graphics, interior design, performing arts, music, photography and media.
The launch event began with a devised theatre piece, Snakes and Ladders, and was followed by a welcome speech by the principal, and a fashion show accompanied by live music from the college’s students. Guests, including family and friends of the exhibitors, also had the chance to look around the fantastic exhibits at their leisure.
Many of the students will be progressing to higher education at institutions such as Camberwell College of Arts, London College of Fashion, Manchester Metropolitan University, the University of Salford and the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, whilst others are progressing onto a range of foundation degrees at the college.
