Automotive department first to buy new diagnostic machine

The Automotive department at The Manchester College has bought a new commercial vehicle diagnostic machine, the first of its type to be sold in the UK. The machine can interrogate and diagnose current and emerging technologies within the heavy vehicle, bus and coach, plant and generation disciplines.

The machine was purchased from Snap-on UK. It will be a valuable tool in the delivery of Level 2, 3 and 4 heavy vehicle and transport engineering programmes and IRTEC testing.
