How to get there
By bus
There is a half hourly bus service connecting Milton Keynes and the train station to HMP Woodhill. This service is the number 22 and runs Monday to Saturday.
Transport from many local areas goes to a terrace opposite the train station. Coaches do stop at Coachways (Junction 14 off the M1), which is itself a taxi ride away from the prison.
By train
From the South: Take the train from London Euston to Milton Keynes Central.
From the North: Trains on the West Coast Main Line stop at Milton Keynes.

By car
From the M1: Exit at Junction 14, follow the A509 to the first roundabout. Go straight over this and the next 11 roundabouts, keeping to the H6 – Childs Way. At the 13th roundabout turn right onto the V2 – Tattenhoe Street. The prison is approximately 200 yards on the left hand side.
