About this job: 

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager you will manager and co-ordinate the contract for the delivery of quality learning and skills services, including the management of the college staff employed within the prison. The post holder will liaise and work closely with the Prison Service and other agencies, ensuring appropriate and innovative provision to meet the learning and skills needs of young people in custody.

You will have excellent change management and people skills; have a good working knowledge of education quality systems and procedures and be an enthusiastic problem solver/decision maker.
You will have the ability to inspire a stimulating learning environment, and to develop and manage a dedicated teaching team.

You will have a subject relevant degree or level 4 specialist qualification and a level 4 teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PCGE)
