About this job: 

Working as part of the HE management team; the successful candidate will play a
key role in supporting, monitoring and improving the HE provision of the College,
taking responsibility for these activities for a defined part of the College’s HE
provision across a number of curriculum areas. The successful candidate will work
effectively with the relevant curriculum managers within the college but will also
build key links with external agencies.
The successful candidate will hold a degree or equivalent qualification as well as a
teaching qualification, plus a post graduate qualification would be an advantage.
Able to demonstrate a significant background in HE as well as experience of the
IQER process, the post holder will be an IQER reviewer. Excellent communication
and organisational skills will enable the successful candidate to excel in this
challenging and varied role.
