We require an experienced and enthusiastic teacher to help organise, develop and
deliver learning opportunities, mainly to Key Stage 4 but with some post-16 provision in Food Technology.
You will be teaching young people in accordance with the school timetable and curriculum,
liaising with other members of the centre to ensure an integrated approach to care and
education planning.
You will serve as a tutor, assessing and advising students of their academic success and
monitoring their overall progress. You will also be responsible for providing reports and
making other appropriate contributions to the re-integration of young people, including
attendance at reviews, conferences and planning meetings.
You will be a graduate with a PGCE pre-16 qualification.
These posts are exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act
1978 (as amended) and are therefore subject to appropriate clearance.
