About this job: 
0.5 Administration Assistant (17.5 hours per week) Salary: £7,764 - £8,274 pro rata £15,528 - £16,548 We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and conscientious Administrative Assistant with excellent interpersonal skills to help support the Education Department at HMYOI Northallerton. The post holder will be part of a team providing a full range of administrative duties including the efficient processing of relevant data supporting a busy education department. Other activities will include maintaining departmental and prison administrative systems and compiling statistical data. You will have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Information Technology to Level 2 or equivalent and experience of Office Administration. You will be able to work independently and as a member of a team, and you will be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of staff/clients.
