Simon Rimmer cooks lunch at The Manchester College
Hospitality and Catering students at The Manchester College were treated to a session in the kitchen with 'Something for the Weekend' chef, Simon Rimmer. Simon worked with students to produce a fantastic menu using locally sourced produce.
