Pre-employment training
Do you have problems finding suitable applicants for a post? Your organisation could benefit from our pre-employment training. We can work with you to design a programme giving unemployed people the skills and knowledge needed to work in your organisation.
Using our own facilities, we deliver training that gives participants the skills and confidence to apply for and maintain employment. We can then work with you to organise work trials, which will allow you to get to know the candidates prior to interview.
On completion of the programme you will have a group of applicants who know exactly what the job will entail and who are excited about the prospect of working for your organisation. Once in work, they are supported and monitored by us for an agreed period before taking further training leading to NVQs.
