Funded training
Do you want to improve your organisation’s productivity and maximise your competitive advantage? Why not access some free training for your workforce?
Our funded training initiative is designed to ensure that your employees have the skills they need to do their job properly, including literacy and numeracy. It is primarily aimed at employees who don't already hold a qualification at level 2 (equivalent to five GCSEs at grade A-C).
We can help you find out whether your employees are eligible for funding and we can offer advice on claiming funding to compensate you for the time your employees are away from the workplace. We have a range of vocational qualifications to suit all employees, from finance and administrative staff to team leaders and customer service staff.
