Skills for Jobs
In partnership with Cheshire Probation and Work Solutions in Greater Manchester, The Manchester College can assist you to include ex-offenders in your normal recruitment process through the Skills for Jobs project.
We can support you by
- helping you manage risk and providing key information
- providing ongoing support to you and the employee
- negotiating a clear action plan with the employee that develops employability skills and leads to sustained employment with training
- brokering free training where appropriate and employment vouchers worth £1,000 where applicable
