What's the Time Management course about?

In today's busy workplaces with increasing trends towards flexible working and empowerment, everyone needs to manage their time effectively. Managers have the added responsibility of ensuring that each of their team members is gaining maximum value from the time available to them and can prioritise tasks to aid achievement of the organisation's objectives.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- State the benefits of managing time effectively
- Prioritise tasks in terms of urgency and importance
- Select from a range of tools and techniques to assist in time management
- Identify and overcome factors which waste time
- Plan and monitor use of time in achieving objectives

What will I be able to do after I've completed this course?
