This course focuses on establishing the disciplines and attitudes demanded to become a successful sales consultant.
The course covers the following:

- What makes a successful salesperson
- Communication
- Buying
The course is delivered through discussion, group work and role play. The course activities are designed to impart skills and knowledge by having participants work through real-life examples and scenarios.
There is an opportunity to progress through the Sales NVQ qualification.
This course is aimed at individuals wishing to understand the skills and attitudes required to initiate and maintain the relationship between supplier and customer.
This course does not lead to a formal qualification.
