As change becomes an ever-present factor in the workplace, it brings with it problems and challenges. The individuals and teams who can successfully meet those challenges are the ones whose leaders have developed the right climate and skills for the team to anticipate problems and resolve them at the earliest opportunity.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Anticipate, identify and define problems
- Gather information essential to solving the problem
- Use a framework for structured problem solving
- Use a range of methods to aid decision making
A hands-on approach is taken during this course. The exercises are designed to impart relevant skills and knowledge by having participants work through real-life examples and scenarios.
We offer a range of management courses from ILM awards and certificates to foundation degrees and the Professional Diploma in Management Studies. We also have an extensive range of short courses for managers and professionals to complement this course.
This course is aimed at anyone who wishes to develop their skills in problem solving and decision making, using the contributions and commitment of their team.
This course does not lead to any formal qualifications.
