What's the Motivating to Perform in the Workplace course about?

Motivation is a complex subject. It is intangible and, therefore, difficult to see and measure. So do we need motivation, and if so, how do we motivate ourselves and others? This MasterClass will enable you to understand motivation and how it applies to you and your work situation. It will equip you with the key skills needed to meet your own and your staff's motivational needs.
