What's the Mary Portas Guide to Successful Retailing course about?

The course covers every stage of creating and running a successful retail business. Mary Portas guide consists of 7 master classes which you can pick and choose from, each master class includes Mary's own set of hints and tips to improve business performance. The aim of the master classes are to build and maintain a vision for your retail business. You will understand visual merchandising, key assumptions that drive your business, marketing your retail business, insight into the new retail landscape and creating a successful team.

The master classes you can choose from are:

- Buying for your customer
- Selling and service skills

What will I be able to do after I've completed this course?

After you have successfully completed one masterclass you can go on to study another relevant master class.

What qualifications or experience do I need to do this course?
