In difficult trading times, it is far more cost effective to concentrate on retaining existing customers rather than trying to find new ones - although both are obviously necessary! As a manager with responsibility for the quality of service provided to your customers, is it down to you to ensure that the systems and procedures are customer friendly and that the top priority for the whole team - your staff and your colleagues in other departments - is meeting the customers' needs.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify customer needs
- Set and maintain clear standards of service
- Develop work plans and quality systems which support the standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction
- Take swift and effective corrective action if things go wrong
Our courses incorporate the best of experiential teaching and learning methods, including participatory exercises, games and activities to keep you energised, engaged and informed throughout the day.
