This course is designed for individuals who have responsibility for inspection of Vehicle Tail Lifts in regard to the LOLER Regulations 1998 and are fully competent in the mechanical/engineering requirements for carrying out this task. They undertake such training for their own vocational progression and also to allow the employer to meet the requirement of health and safety regulations.
Please note, this course can be delivered on client premises and group rates are available on request.
On completion delegates will:
- Understand the relevant health and safety legislation
- Understand the importance of the LOLER Regulations with regard to their own duties
- Recognise the need for competence in relation to the implementation of these regulations
- Understand the need for effective, formal checking procedures
Assessment is through a multiple-choice question paper.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
On completion delegates will be awarded an NCFE certificate.
