Every organisation is subject to change, for many and varied reasons. When managed effectively, the process of change can lead to many new opportunities for individuals and teams. Equally, the negative effects of the mis-management of change can be disastrous. This course aims to help people succeed in bringing about effective change in their organisations.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the change process
- Identify factors likely to help or hinder change and plan the change to get the best results
- Understand the team's responses to change and how to facilitate the process
- Be aware of the importance of communication and participation in the change process
- Implement change models
- Monitor and review progress
- Evaluate and learn from the process

This course is aimed at those required to manage the change process in their organisations.
