This course is designed for employees who hold a position within a senior management team. They will undertake such training for their own professional enhancement and also to allow an employer to meet the requirement of Health and Safety Law.
Please note, this course can be delivered on client premises and group rates are available on request.
On completion delegates will be able to:
- Understand the relevance of the health and safety legislation and associated regulations to their role within their company
- Understand the significance of civil liability
- Understand the implications of current Law Commission proposals e.g. Corporate Killing
- Appreciate the factors which underlie the causation of accidents
- Understand the factors of human behaviour that affect attitudes towards health and safety in a workplace
Assessment is through a short answer test paper.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
On completion delegates will be awarded an NCFE certificate.
