What's the Fire Warden Training course about?

This course is designed for employees who wish to undertake such training for their own vocational progression and also to allow the employer to meet the requirement of health and safety regulations.

Please note, this course can be delivered on client premises and group rates are available on request.

On completion delegates will be able to:
- Appreciate the requirements of health and safety legislation with specific regard to fire
- Appreciate relevant sections of other health and safety legislation
- Understand fire prevention aims and fire hazards
- Understand how fires start and fire classifications
- Appreciate different types of fire equipment and their use
- Understand actions to be taken in case of fire/evacuation plans
- Appreciate the duties of a fire warden

Assessment is through a short answer test paper.
