This course aims to increase your assertiveness skills and build confidence and self esteem, helping you to be effective and efficient in your role when dealing with difficult situations.
Course content:
- Understanding behaviour
- Assertiveness, confidence and self-esteem
- Effective communication
- Handling challenging situations
- Developing a positive attitude
- Planning your personal strategy
A hands-on approach is taken during this course. The exercises are designed to impart relevant skills and knowledge by having participants work through real-life examples and scenarios.
When you have completed this course there are a number of opportunities for further study, including Business Administration NVQ Level 2 or Customer Service NVQ Level 2.
This course is aimed at anyone who wants to improve their overall effectiveness and increase their confidence and self esteem.
This course does not lead to any formal qualification.
