The aim of this course is to provide health and care practitioners with information on keeping records effectively and legally.
The course covers the following:
- Company procedural and legislative requirements
- Data protection
- The importance of record keeping
- The different types of recording and reporting
- How to record correctly
The course is assessed by an end of training questionnaire.
If you do not already hold a formal work-related qualification, you may be interested in the Edexcel Health and Social Care Diploma at level 2/3.
This course is aimed at practitioners who currently work within a care setting.
Participants will receive a college participation certificate.
