This course covers the behaviours, processes and approaches that are most effective when dealing with difficult and/or diverse customers.
The course covers the following:
- Understanding the importance of excellent customer service
- Understanding behaviours
- Enhancing the customer's experience through improving personal communication skills
- Dealing with different customers
- Gaining confidence in handling difficult customers
- Developing a personal action plan for delivering excellent customer service
The course is delivered through discussion, group work and role play. The course activities are designed to impart skills and knowledge by having participants work through real-life examples and scenarios.
On completion of this course you may wish to progress onto the NVQ in Customer Service. We offer this qualification at levels 2, 3 and 4.
This course is designed for anyone who has regular customer contact and wants to develop their skills in delivering excellent customer service.
This course does not lead to any formal qualification.
