What's the Customer Service Skills - Call Handling course about?

This course aims to develop professional telephone techniques for improved customer service and call handling.

The course covers the following:
- Building rapport on the telephone
- How to tackle challenging calls
- Call structure and control
- Finish the call effectively
- Coping with stress

This is a practical course, participants learn through a range of training approaches, including role play, reflection and discussion.

What will I be able to do after I've completed this course?

On completion of this course you may wish to progress onto the NVQ in Customer Service. We offer this qualification at levels 2, 3 and 4.

What qualifications or experience do I need to do this course?

This course is designed for employees that deal with customers on the telephone and/or people who want more control of their telephone calls, particularly when speaking to difficult customers.

Which qualification will I be awarded if I successfully complete the Customer Service Skills - Call Handling course?
