What's the Chair Based Activities course about?

The course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills so that they can incorporate chair based activities with their clients.

The course is made up of the following topics:
- The benefits of chair based activities
- Improvements in clients' physical, emotional and mental wellbeing
- Risk assessments
- Health and safety
